CONTINUING EDUCATION TRAINING

Hosted by RCC North DKI for Insurance and Property Management Professionals.

Are you are an insurance agent, broker or adjuster? Or involved in managing residential or commercial properties where you are often the first contact for someone who has experienced a disaster?

If so, you will find our Continuing Education Courses (CEC’s) helpful and informative.

We host many CEC's throughout the year to help you understand the various types of losses that happen and put your customer at ease. These CEC’s help keep you up-to-date on the latest techniques and procedures that professional Disaster Restoration and Remediation contractors do.

Send us an email today at info@rccn.ca and let us know which courses you are interested in.

Our Continuing Education Courses help you and your staff better understand the principles and best practices in understanding the effects of various types of disaster situations. Understanding the steps involved in restoring buildings envelope, structure and the contents helps you provide greater service to your customers and insureds.

The majority of our classes qualify for CEC’s with these organizations:

• The Alberta Insurance Council
•The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)
• The Restoration Industry Association (RIA)

To register for our upcoming CE Courses complete our simple on-line registration form.
