RCC North DKI has earned the Certificate of Recognition (COR) from Alberta Labour. We have yearly internal and external audits to ensure the transparency and effectiveness of our program. We involve our staff in regular safety meetings and promote universal workplace safety for our employees and our customers.

The role of being a responsible employer begins with a new employee orientation training. Training for new employees includes the mandatory worker health and safety awareness policies, company policies, WHMIS, fire extinguisher awareness, and violence in the workplace training. In our orientation we also do a thorough review of the health and safety policies and an orientation to the OH&S manual; each policy is reviewed and signed off with our employees.

PREPARE AND PREVENT, DON'T REPAIR AND REPENT BECAUSE IT’S BETTER TO BE A THOUSAND TIMES CAREFUL THAN ONCE DEAD.

While RCC North DKI is in the business of restoration we have an integrated safety program coupled with safety being a way of demonstrating our professional integrity,
pride and workmanship. Rocky Cross Construction is continually evolving and committed to the safety of the employees while maintaining a safe workplace environment on our job sites. RCC North DKI complies with the provincial and federal safety guidelines in our industry in working with OH&S.
